The Biblioteca Scholarship Program fights to prevent high rates of school dropouts in our community. As many as 100 high school and university students are granted scholarships each year based upon social and academic criteria. In addition to economical support, we provide the students with mentorship during their studies.
We believe a diploma can change a destiny. This is why 50% of our scholars are originally from rural areas. Those students are often the first generation of graduates in their family and their community.

> 85 USD/month: you grant 1 student with University Scholarship PLUS
> 40 USD/month: you grant 1 student with University Scholarship
> 20 USD/month: you grant 1 student with High School Scholarship

Our different scholarships:
- Annual High School Scholarship: $4,400 pesos per student is distributed throughout one year
- University Scholarship: $8,800 pesos per student is distributed throughout one year
- University Scholarship Plus: $20,000 pesos per student is distributed throughout one year – This is a high honors scholarship distinguished for outstanding community service projects. This scholarship is only for current university scholars who are in their last or penultimate year before graduating.
